What
The Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Expo is North America's largest indoor-outdoor living showcase. Every year, over 350 leading hearth, patio and barbecue manufacturers and suppliers exhibit and demonstrate their latest home heating solutions; grills, grilling accessories and fully-equipped outdoor kitchens; casual patio furniture and outdoor accents; water and landscape features; all-weather entertainment products and more.
HPBExpo is open to trade only.

Badge Policy
All badges issued to member and non-member companies are to be used only by that company’s employees or family. Member and non-member companies are prohibited from providing any of their allotted badges to persons who are not employees or family.
Registration Refund/Cancel Policy
Refunds for Expo Registration, Education Courses, and NFI Certification Packages less a $10 administrative fee, will be made if the request is received in writing by January 24, 2011. No refunds will be made after that date. HPBA and CompuSystems will not accept a cancellation/refund request over the phone. All refunds will be processed after Expo in the HPBA office. No refunds for Expo Registration, Education Courses, and NFI Certification Packages will be made for payments received onsite.
Children
In accordance with display rules and regulations and security measures, children under the age of 12 are prohibited from entering the trade show floor and outdoor burn area at any time, including infants. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Children 12 and older must have a badge to enter exhibit halls.
Camera Policy
Cameras will be allowed on the show floor, but no picture taking, including cell phone pictures, is allowed without the express approval of a company representative in the exhibitor booth that is being photographed.

Rental Car Information

Airport Information
The airport is 15-20 minutes away from downtown, and many hotels offer complimentary airport shuttle service. More information.
HPBA Hotel Shuttle Service
HPBA will offer shuttle bus service from hotels within the HPBA Housing block to the Salt Palace Convention Center, EXCEPT to those within walking distance (Hilton Salt Lake City Center, Marriott Salt Lake City Downtown, Hotel Monaco, Salt Lake Plaza Hotel, and Shilo Inn Suites Hotel). These shuttles will run Wednesday through Saturday. Shuttle bus service between the Convention Center and the Outdoor Burn Area will run Wednesday through Saturday.

Salt Palace Convention Center Parking
- Attendee Parking - The fee for parking is $10 per car per entry.
- Exhibitor Move-In/Move-Out Parking - After paying the $15 parking fee, exhibitors with their original receipt for that day's parking have unlimited in and out parking access within each 12-hour day should space be available.
Outdoor Parking
Outdoor Burn Area Exhibits are adjacent to the Little America Hotel - Complimentary parking is available throughout the Little America Hotel (open air parking and two levels under the Hotel tower).
Wheelchair & Scooter Rental
Wheelchairs can be rented onsite at the Salt Palace Business Center located on the upper level. Please call (801) 534-6301 or print and submit the downloadable order form. Indicate that you are attending the HPBExpo 2011. Reservations made in advance are preferred.
