Important Contract Deadlines

 

NOTICE: Booths placed on hold can remain on hold for two weeks without a deposit. If the deposit payment is not received within two weeks from the initial date of being placed on hold, the booth will be placed back into available inventory and the company will need to contact HPBA to choose another booth.

Deposit Due with Application and Contract:  50% if submitted by November 27, 2009; payment in full after November 27, 2009.

September 1, 2009 20% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations made by September 1, 2009. Cancellation of exhibit space must be sent in writing by September 1, 2009.
November 27, 2009 Full payment due for all exhibiting companies. All contracts submitted prior to November 27, 2009, require a 50% deposit; all contracts submitted after November 27, 2009, require full payment.
December 11, 2009 50% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations made between September 2 and December 11, 2009. Cancellation of exhibit space must be sent in writing by December 11, 2009. No refunds after this date on exhibit space.
January 4, 2010 All exhibitors contracted and paid by this date will be listed in the HPBExpo Show Program & Exhibit Guide, along with a company description, if provided. Brands and/or products that have been added to company's web listing by January 4 (brands/products are added by the exhibitor) will appear in the brands and products index of the HPBExpo Show Program & Exhibit Guide. Contact HPBA if you do not have a user name and password.
January 5-11, 2010 Exhibitors contracted and paid in this time period will be listed in the HPBExpo Show Program & Exhibit Guide with a company description, if provided, but without brands or products.
January 12, 2010–March 4, 2010

Exhibitors contracted and paid in this time period will be listed in the Show Program Guide Addendum (insert for printed guide) with a description, if provided on contract. The Addendum will not list brands or products.
