Official Rules for the HPBExpo 2010 Online Registration Drawing
Register for HPBExpo 2010 prior to midnight December 18, 2009 and obtain badges onsite in Orlando, Florida to qualify for the drawings for special products being offered. Winners will be randomly drawn from all people who register prior to the December 18th deadline. Winners MUST physically obtain an attendee badge onsite at the HPBExpo 2010 in Orlando, Florida in order to claim prizes. Chances of winning depend upon the number of entries and the number of available prizes. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Each winner agrees that the sponsor, its affiliates, and their agencies and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from the entrant's participation in this offer or from acceptance and use of the product awarded. Warranty coverage governing the product awarded shall be solely determined by the company that manufactures the product. All entrants must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of exhibiting companies, HPBA, its affiliates, all other agencies and persons connecting with conducting the "HPBExpo 2010 Online Registration Drawing," as well as employees of the subsidiaries and parent corporations of such organizations, are ineligible for winning a prize. Drawing of winners will take place after the December 18th deadline and will be announced at the HPBExpo 2010. Winners may obtain gift certificate or education pass prizes onsite after showing matching HPBExpo 2010 attendee badge. Donating exhibitors will be responsible for contacting their product winner to arrange shipment of the product from their facility. The winner and company chosen to ship the product are solely responsible for any damage that may occur to the product during shipping.
