Booth Installation Schedule:
Outdoor Exhibits –
- Larger trailers must be in no later than Thursday, February 24 (contact HPBA or Freeman for further details)
- Standard outdoor installation will begin Friday, February 25. All booths must be complete by 5:00pm on March 2, 2011
Indoor Exhibits –
- Standard Indoor installation will begin Monday, February 28. All booths must be complete by 5:00pm on March 2, 2011
NO setup hours on Thursday, March 3. NO Exceptions.
Booth Dismantle/Move Out:
Booth dismantling will begin at 5:00pm on Saturday, March 5. Crates in Freeman storage will be delivered no later than 12:00 midnight. Please note that any move-outs on Saturday or Sunday will incur an overtime charge.
The tradeshow floor will be available Sunday and Monday, 8:00am – 5:00pm and Tuesday 8:00am - 12:00 noon. All exhibits must be dismantled and moved out by 12:00 noon on Tuesday, March 8. Any exhibits remaining will be packed and/or moved by Freeman and will incur a charge for such.

The official printed publication for the HPBExpo is the HPBExpo Show Program & Exhibit Guide. The official group for HPBExpo housing is Housing Connections. Any other firms contacting you about your guide listing or hotel availability is not affiliated with HPBA.
