Important Deadlines

August 1, 2008	Additional 30% of your exhibit fee due (for exhibitors that purchased booth space at Priority Booth Selection)
September 1, 2008	Cancellation of exhibit space must be sent in writing by September 1, 2008 to receive refund (20% cancellation/downsize fee applies).
December 1, 2008	Deadline for Outdoor Burn Area Fuel Requirements Form (PDF, 36K) Deadline for Indoor Burning Exhibit Appliance Specification Form (PDF, 36K)
December 5, 2008	Total space rental charge due in full.
December 19, 2008	Cancellation of exhibit space must be sent in writing by December 19, 2008 to receive refund (50% cancellation/downsize fee applies). No refunds after this date on exhibit space.
January 1, 2009	Deadline to pay HPBA membership dues. If dues are not paid by this date, exhibit invoices will be adjusted to the non-member pricing structure. Find membership information on the HPBA website.
January 2, 2009	Deadline to update exhibitor online listing for Show Program & Exhibit Guide printing.
February 13, 2009	Deadline for Exhibitor Hotel Reservations
February 20, 2009	Deadline for Indoor Variance Requests (PDF, 36K) Deadline for Outdoor Variance Requests (PDF, 32K)
TO BE DETERMINED	Deadline to pre-register to pick up badges on site. Deadline to register to receive badges in mail
