Visas

As soon as you register for HPBExpo 2010, you may request that an official letter of invitation be sent to you. You should expect to receive the letter within two weeks of your request. The letter of invitation verifies that you are coming to the United States for the purpose of attending HPBExpo 2010.

Check with your local U.S. embassy or consulate to confirm whether or not you need a visa to enter the United States. Or you can visit the U.S. Department of State website for the most up-to-date information on visa requirements. Please keep in mind that Canadian attendees DO need to travel with their passport to enter the United States.

If you require a visa, contact the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate to schedule your personal interview. Be sure to ask exactly what information and documents are required. These may include proof of residence and employment and an official letter of invitation.

In advance of your interview, you can get a copy of the visa application form and fill it out.
