If another company contacts you offering HPBExpo27 hotel rooms, they are not endorsed by the show. Those offers can look cheaper, but the rooms may not exist, and the change and cancellation terms can be punishing.
Agreements with these companies are not protected by event management. Report any unauthorized solicitation to your organization and to Maritz.
