Priority Booth Sales for HPBExpo 2024 will take place during HPBExpo 2023 in Louisville, March 11-13, by appointment only, in order of Priority Points*

Companies that have exhibited in the past five shows have been assigned an appointment date and time for the opportunity to secure PRIME booth space on the Music City Center floor plan for 2024, with just a 20% deposit.

*Priority Points are earned by current and previous HPBExpo participation and HPBA membership. If your company does not have priority points, you may visit the Sales Booth on Monday, March 13 between 11:30am – 12:30pm to reserve a booth.

Booth Selection Procedures

1. Arrive at the Sales Booth #2405, 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled booth assignment time to complete an indoor and/or outdoor exhibit space contract. Select your space during your assigned time and submit a 20% non-refundable deposit payment to secure your booth.

2. Priority Booth selections are by appointment only on March 11, 12, and 13. You may not select a booth prior to your appointment. If you miss your appointment, you may select a booth any time after your scheduled appointment, during posted priority booth sales hours.

3. Along with your booth, book 2024 Priority Housing for Nashville, Tennessee during show hours, March 11, 12, and 13 – available on a first-come, first-served basis (no need to wait for booth selection time). Nashville is a highly sought-after destination – be sure to book your rooms early!

HPBA Member Category: $32/34+ per square foot~

HPBA members paying dues under the Manufacturer, Distributor, or Associate membership categories and in good standing at the time of the Expo

Non-Member Category: $39/$41+ per square foot^

Exhibitors that are not members of HPBA in good standing at the time of the Expo; HPBA Manufacturers’ Representative, Retail, or Service Category members

First-Time Exhibitor Discounted Category: $32/34+ per square foot

Exhibitors that have never been a member of HPBA and have never exhibited in an HPBExpo

+Secondary, higher price applies to indoor corner booths and all outdoor space over and above indoor space contracted.

~Member exhibitors with 2,000 sq. ft. or more will receive a $0.40 discount per sq. ft.

^NTP: Non-member manufacturers that do not produce or exhibit hearth products, grills, or fuels are eligible for the member category rate.
