Visa Information & Letters of Invitation 

Some international visitors may be required to obtain a visa to travel to the United States to exhibit at HPBExpo 2024 in Nashville. Visa information can be found on the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs website:  

After identifying that a visa is needed, foreign travelers should determine visa processing timeframes. We recommend contacting the Consular Section at www.usembassy.gov. 

Letters of Invitation for HPBExpo 2024 are available to all attendees and exhibitors, in electronic form during the online Expo badge registration process, starting on September 15, 2023. Alternatively, exhibitors may send all pertinent details to include in such letter to Show Management, for processing of electronic invitation letters.
