Amie Smith is pastry chef/owner of AMIE Bakery in the quaint village of Osterville on Cape Cod and a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education. Since opening in 2014, AMIE Bakery has been voted Best Bakery for three consecutive years and featured on television and in several magazines and newspapers. In 2018, Amie will build and open her second location. She has decades of experience in both corporate marketing and teaching and previously served on a panel of speakers at IBIE 2016.
