Andrew Banka, P.E., VP of Airflow Sciences Corporation, has been using his aerospace engineering background to enhance food processing operations since 1985, and has worked with leading food processors in the areas of snack foods, breakfast cereals, coffee, etc. Mr. Banka has been instrumental in the development of multi-scale modeling processes that predict the interaction between processed food and equipment. He has also been involved in field testing at various plant sites.
