Ashley Dougan is a Continuous Improvement leader at the Kellogg Company. She is responsible for capability building at all levels of the organization, productivity improvement and cost savings across multiple plants in Kellogg’s Snacks division. Prior to her role with Kellogg’s, she developed and led the leadership arm of continuous improvement as the CI Director for C&S Wholesale Grocers.

Ashley began her career with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals as an hourly technician and has had a number of different leadership roles in operations and continuous improvement with CPG companies; Nestle USA and PepsiCo – QTG.

Her areas of passion and expertise are building capability to deliver value in the organization; creating continuous improvement initiatives from conception through sustainable execution; mentoring the new generation of learners, adapting approaches for learning within constrained manufacturing time tables.

Ashley earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a MBA with Supply Chain specialization from Iowa State University.
