Dave Scherr serves as Gema’s National Sales Manager within their Food Coating Division. With over 30 years experience in capital equipment systems used within baking and snack industries, Dave has developed a keen understanding of the challenges processors face in many different areas of the processing plant. His experience includes wet end processing, baking and coating within the baking/snack food environments. A graduate of Thomas Edison University, Dave helps processors achieve their goals.
