Jenna has a degree in communications, a diploma from the French Culinary Institute (now the International Culinary Institute) and a Masters in Nutrition. She has been with Blommer Chocolate since 2007; she began there doing product development for chocolate and cocoa powder. Now she leads Blommer’s Applications and Innovation department where she shows concepts and finished prototypes to customers.
