Scott is a mechanical engineer with nearly twenty years of engineering experience. For the past nine years he has gone from leading the Thermal Products Group at Stewart Systems, to becoming the first Director of Thermal Equipment for Middleby Bakery Group (MBG), to VP of Engineering for MBG, and now President of Auto-Bake Serpentine.
