Suitcasing & Outboarding Policy
This policy prevents unauthorized marketing activities that may disrupt the official programming of HPBExpo. Under this policy, suppliers, manufacturers, and business service providers are required to register as exhibitors or sponsors to attend HPBExpo. Suppliers, manufacturers, and business service providers are not eligible to register as attendees.
As a premier marketplace for the hearth, outdoor living, and barbecue industries, HPBExpo is committed to providing all participants a fair and inclusive environment. We urge our exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees to comply with our Suitcasing & Outboarding Policy linked below. This policy will be strictly enforced.
If you suspect or observe potential violations of this policy, please report to HPBA Show Management. Email the violation form below to expo@hpba.org. Let’s work together to make HPBExpo a successful and enjoyable event for everyone involved.
Unethical Badge Sharing:
It is unethical to register or provide a badge to anyone other than your company personnel or their immediate family members. Violation of this policy will result in penalty fees equal to the estimated revenue loss, as determined by HPBA Show Management.
