Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Apply for an entry in HPBExpo’s New Product Pavilion with any new products introduced AFTER the 2023 show in Louisville. Table-top or free-standing spaces are available. Each product displayed in the pavilion is an eligible entry for the HPBExpo Attendees’ Choice Awards, in which attendees will vote for their choice of top products in the following categories:

• HEARTH

• OUTDOOR LIVING

• BBQ (NEW, SEPARATE CATEGORY!)

Entries will be posted online for attendees to preview before HPBExpo. Exhibitors can choose to include a photo of the product in the online listing, or wait to reveal product look at HPBExpo. Security will be provided in the Pavilion to remind visitors that photography is not allowed and to mitigate the potential for product theft. A Poster Display of the product may be displayed in the New Product Pavilion in place of actual product as long as product is on display in exhibitor’s booth. Entries received after December 12 will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis if space is available. Read full Rules for Entry, available below.

2 ft. x 6 ft. Table-Top = $500

Freestanding product up to 5 ft. x 10 ft. = $600*

LATE-ENTRY RATES (entries submitted after December 12; first-come, first-served basis)

2 ft. x 3 ft. Table-Top = $500

2 ft. x 6 ft. Table-Top = $600

Freestanding product up to 5 ft. x 10 ft. = $700*
