For the past 30 years Mr. Neugent has managed and served with some of the most advanced bakery equipment and systems companies worldwide. In 2005, Mr. Neugent founded MCNA, LLC, a global food service consulting company managing global foodservice projects from conceptual design to commissioning product for market. Currently Mr. Neugent serves as VP of Automation for a major robotics and automation food service company located in Lake Forest, IL.
