For the last seven years, Keith Seiz has worked with the National Honey Board, traveling the country teaching bakers how to use honey. He has conducted six editions of the Honey Baking Summit, and has worked with James Beard award winning bakers to develop made with honey bakery foods. Prior to working for the National Honey Board, Keith served as the editor of a trade publication covering the baking industry.
