Bastian has been involved in the baking industry and has held many positions with key bakery manufacturing companies and his last position was with Dawn Food Products, where he was the creative director for new product development. He has worked together with supermarket chains, club stores & manufacturers to design and develop successful line of cakes and bakery products.
In addition, Bastian has experience in North America, Mexico and international markets, allowing him to gain expertise across multiple consumer demographic areas.
