Megan Forman

After graduating from New England Culinary Institute, Megan Forman worked in Manhattan at Payard Patisserie and Bistro, Park Avenue Cafe, and The Rihga Royal Hotel. In 2001, Megan returned to her native New Orleans and became the pastry chef at Susan Spicer’s Bayona restaurant then helped open the patisserie Sucre in 2006. In 2012, Megan and her husband/partner Jay Forman opened Gracious Bakery. It has grown to four retail locations and a commissary, which provides wholesale to local cafes and restaurants, as well as breakfast and lunch catering to local businesses.
